Planning a wedding is no easy task. To help organize your wedding we offer planning tools to help make life easier. This tools including a planning form, timeline form and song request form.

Taking time to plan things in advance allows your wedding day to be more fun and enjoyable for all. The DJ plays the right songs at the appropriate time.

To ensure that everything goes smoothly, it is best to not only plan out the details of your wedding but to also organize all the details of the day itself with a timeline schedule. This schedule contains a list of everyone involved, their places and when these important people will fit into the wedding reception program.

The DJ will need a list of music with those important songs for the wedding ceremony and later throughout the evening for the reception.

Thinking, planning and organization is key to pulling off a successful wedding. Putting everything together in advance will help to remove any stress for the those involved in the planning process. Through innovation, DJ Eddie Black offers tools to his clients to aid the planning process and to remove any chance of error so that the day goes just as you've imagined.

As for music management, it will take some time to put the selected song choices together. We ask that you prepare your song request list and any other special musical numbers 14 days in advance. The DJ will masterfully incorporate those songs in a play list so you can enjoy your event.
